Adventure A — Next step with plan

Based on our conversation, what is a follow‑up task or project you recommend I tackle next? Provide a brief plan (goal, scope, deliverables, timebox, risks, first 30 minutes).

Adventure B — Skill transfer

What are two ways I could apply the skills we’ve practised in this conversation to another area of my work? Suggest one micro‑project for each with success criteria.

Adventure C — Portfolio of bets

Propose 3 micro‑projects: one safe, one stretch, one wild card. Each with effort estimate (S/M/L), expected value, and kill criteria.

Planning pattern

• First 30 minutes: Set up environment, choose template, define success.
• Timebox: 60–120 minutes; stop if criteria unmet.
• Review: Keep what worked; kill or pivot otherwise.

Examples

• Admin ops: Automate a weekly report; success = 90% accuracy in 2 runs.
